If you care about privacy, create and manage your social networks on your iPhone!

Step 1: Copy your personal and main contacts from the iPhone

Once installed, Netmino runs on top of the iPhone Contacts so from the Home view, you can quickly copy your personal and other contacts into one of the five profiles:

3 profiles or your private life:

“Personal” (in orange) to copy all your personal data
“Family” (in red) for your family members
“Household” (in brown) mainly to copy your address and fix phone or fax (see below)

2 for your business life:

“Personal” (in light blue) to copy all your professional data
“Organization” (in dark blue) for your company details

Of course, from All or My Profiles, you can also create directly one or more profiles if required.

Step 2: Enrich your different profiles

Once copied or created, you can fully improve your profiles thanks to the Netmino new properties:

your personal identity: detailed titles and names, gender, nationality, date and place of birth, marital status…

your personal communication channels: phones, emails, IM, blogs…
your different languages: native, fluent… with related studies
your hobbies: game, leisure and sport with your rankings and clubs…

your studies: all levels including post-graduate…with related schools
your experiences with all the details

your professional identity: job title, function, professional status, start date…
your business communication channels: phones, emails, IM, blogs…
your company details: legal form, department or unit, incorporation date, activity, enterprise number…
your different addresses: building, moving dates, location, time zone, address type (principal, secondary and vacation addresses for your household; legal, mailing and delivery for your company)…

Step 3: Create your personal network

In each profile, you can define bi-directional connections with:

your family members and family trees

your household residents

your colleagues and partners
your companies and organizations
your schools, clubs and associations

You never have to duplicate information for each member of the relationship and you simply tap to follow the link from one profile to another.

And when navigating, you simply tap on the Home button to directly go back to the Home view.

Step 4: Share only upon consent via Bluetooth or email

Once improved, you can exchange your personal or professional profiles with other contacts.

Your first define the data to exchange depending upon the relationship with your contacts and the data you want them to know.

You can also set your profiles as public or private to allow – or prevent – your contact from distributing it further. See the video for more details.

«User control» is a key Netmino principle.

And when the profile has been shared via Bluetooth or email, Netmino records automatically the sharing rules you defined for each person.

Step 5: Manage also your groups

Using Netmino, you can also create and update one or more groups to gather by affinity all the profiles you received from your contacts. See the video for more details.

Step 6: Keep always up-to-date

Netmino records any change you make to your profiles. Once a change is made, Netmino prompts you to send by email the updated profile to all the persons with whom you have shared it.
